    A rough idea of the album, it consists of my home made electric upright bass ensemble like my previous work "Deep Blue and Orange hours" and a multi-tracked part with samplers. In the sampler parts, I used the sounds I collected in my daily life, such as birdsong, pot lids, footsteps on gravel paths, creaking doors, cicadas, buckets, glass bottles, etc. I modulate these sounds and use them.

    I wanted to create a music that would flow somewhere else, while the aggregate of such sounds continues to change slowly and without stopping. That is why the title of this album is "Ever Changing".

    本アルバムの大まかなアイデアは、自作のエレクトリック・コントラバスのアンサンブルと、サンプラーを使ったマルチトラックパートで構成されています。サンプラーのパートでは、鳥のさえずり、鍋のふた、砂利道を歩く足音、ドアのきしむ音、セミの声、バケツ、ガラス瓶など、日常生活で集めた音を変調させて使っています。

    そうした音の集合体が止まることなくゆっくりと変化し続けながら、どこかに流れていくような音楽を作りたかったのです。だからこのアルバムのタイトルは "Ever Changing "なのです。
